As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with colleagues to develop relevant course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology talent by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Design and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Verbal and Written Communication Skills, English Language Proficiency, Soft Skills, Curriculum Design & Content Creation, Training & Delivery
• Good To Have Skills: Voice & Accent Training, Business Communication
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• Experience in using technology to enhance learning experiences.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Learning Delivery Instruction.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
