Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently looking for a Product Manager Neuroscience that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.
The Product Manager Neuroscience will have the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute, by collaborating with the cross-functional team, to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics
  • Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages
  • Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies
  • Analyze key market trends, patient journeys, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and business sources
  • Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team), contributing to maximizing business opportunities
  • Interact with the Field Force, understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions
  • Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and, through a solid understanding their driver/barriers, as well as the competitive dynamics and external context, defining specific and differentiated engagement methods
  • Ensure, in line with the planning, the assigned OPEX

Academic & Professional Background:

  • Scientific or Economic Degree
  • +3/5 years of experience in Marketing roles – with product launches- within pharmaceutical companies
  • Previous experience in different specialistic areas is required
  • Previous Field-based experience is considered a plus
  • Rare disease experience is considered a plus

Language Knowledge: Proficiency in English and Italian
