Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Korea is seeking an **experienced Product Manager (PM)**to lead the strategic and operational marketing of Rheumatology/Immunology portfolio. This role will own end-to-end brand planning and execution—driving sustainable growth across priority segments, strengthening brand differentiation, and delivering high-quality customer engagement in close partnership with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
As the market environment evolves and the competition gets more intensified, the PM will be expected to combine strategic thinking with strong execution discipline—translating insights into impactful plans, ensuring flawless implementation, and continuously optimizing based on performance analytics and field feedback.

- Establish a close/strong collaboration model with colleagues across the functions to maximize market potential in considering growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of the annual brand plan and multi-year strategy for the brand including clear strategic choices, positioning, and investment priorities.
- Own brand forecasting assumptions in partnership with Finance/Sales and proactively manage risks and scenario plans.
- Identify growth opportunities by segment (e.g., patient types, lines of therapy, prescriber profiles, institutions), and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Drive customer and market insights through primary/secondary research, field feedback loops, advisory boards (as compliant), and data analytics.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure evidence strategy and scientific narratives are integrated into brand execution.
- Lead message development and content creation, ensuring materials are accurate, compliant, and locally relevant.
- Serve as the brand “hub,” aligning Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other stakeholders around priorities and execution plans.
- Deliver effective field enablement: core story, objections handling, product updates, and training materials in partnership with Sales.
- Establish strong operating rhythm with the field team: monthly feedback, barrier resolution, and opportunity capture.
- Own brand budget planning, tracking, and ROI evaluation; ensure disciplined investment decisions.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Ensure the business activities are fully compliant with governmental regulations and laws.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, including brand marketing and/or product management
- Preferred experience in Immunology/Rheumatology and/or biologics specialty markets
- Strong project leadership in congresses, symposia, and compliant HCP education programs
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skill, demonstrating ability to drive collaboration across teams
- Ability to leverage knowledge of marketplace and competitor landscape translate them into clear short term and long-term strategies
- Self-driven with proven track record of innovative approach and organizational agility
- High standards of compliance mindset and ability to navigate promotional review processes effectively
- Must possess customer-centric, growth mindset
- Good communication skill both in English and Korean
