Junior IT Engineer – ERP Systems

The Technology Services department in EMEA counts around 400 employees who

are working to solves big problems in healthcare through technology. Just as doctors use scalpels, we use data science, algorithms, artificial intelligence and robotics to

About you and J&J:

Join our team as a junior engineer and be at the forefront of technology to make a difference in people's lives! This opportunity provides you with valuable exposure, training and insight into J&J Technology.

During the program, you will gain structured exposure across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud and ERP Systems. You will commence in the track aligned with your hire with the opportunity to rotate through another domain area. Upon completion of the rotation, you will return to your original track and role. This rotation process is designed to broaden your skills and understanding of different technological domains, while your primary focus will be on the domain you were hired into.

We are seeking candidates for roles in the following domain:

· ERP Platform Management, Security & Compliance:

As part of J&J's digital transformation journey, we are committed to developing essential skills to support the migration from SAP to S4/HANA, benefiting both our Pharma and Med Tech divisions. Our key operational processes - including order-to-cash, manufacturing, quality, finance, and logistics - are vital to the Supply Chain and are primarily powered by SAP/S4 platforms as the preferred technology. Initially, you'll begin in an operations and maintenance role, with a structured development and training plan aimed at progressing toward technical engineering expertise.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology sciences, engineering,

mathematics, or related field preferred. We look for graduates or fairly recent

graduates (max. 3 years).

  • Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills

  • Appetite for learning and developing your IT skills and to be passionate about working for a healthcare company
