Overall purpose of job

1. Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service in line with contract and SLAs

2. Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance of the Distributor

3. Monitor Goods Movements and Stock Movements within the 3PL

4. Drive process improvements across local supply chain

5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics

6. Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley

Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Monitor 3PL KPI to meet the service level agreement and report performance dashboard to management

2. Support operation issues and requirements from internal/external stakeholders

3. Report and track NC/CAPA

4. Conduct self-assessment to maintain J&J compliance

5. Lead and participate global/regional projects

6. Main contact point of Pharm related issues

7. Redressing operation process governance and management

Minimum Qualification

1. More than 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution field

2. Bachelor’s Degree or above

3. SAP WM module experience

4. Good communication skill in English

Essential knowledge and skills

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of warehouse and distribution,

2. Communication skill in English language required,

3. Problem solving skill, using 6-sigma/Lean tools

4. Project leading capability

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
