Position Summary:
Reporting to: General Manager, Vision Care Korea

Sales Director, Vision Care Korea, is a commercial leadership role within the Vision Care Korea Leadership Team (KLT) and organization and plays a key role in driving sales growth through successful sales strategy planning and execution.
This leadership role is responsible for leading sales organization of Vision Care Korea, strengthening key customer relationships, achieving sustainable growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction by providing customized solutions through data analysis and market insights.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop strategies in line with the Company objectives and directs activities of the sales force and sales administration to maximize potential sales volume and market share in all channels on which Vision Care Korea participates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, applying a broad knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques.
- Direct, coordinate and provide leadership to assigned staff, ensuring established policies and objectives are understood and appropriate levels of service are achieved.
- Develop sales managers, customer development managers (CDM) and organization.
- Direct the continuing appraisal of pricing, distribution and other policies and procedures of the organization.
- Recommend changes that would improve the effectiveness of achieving sales objectives.
- Adapt global and regional strategy and customizes and transplant to Korea market.
- Analyze and approve overall expense budgets for sales personnel.
- Establish and maintain top level contact with key account customers and distributors.
- Perform other related duties as a Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and VC Korea Leadership Team (KLT) member.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degrees or above, ideally majored in business related field.
- Minimum 15-years’ experience in sales management
- Must have demonstrated success in leading sales organizations and delivering strong commercial results in consumer-driven industries such as Consumer Goods, Consumer Health, or other relevant customer‑centric categories.
- Good inter-personal relationship, strong in stakeholder management and cross-function teamwork
- Business acumen to deliver customers’ needs, compliantly.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales applications and principles.
- Results and performance driven to focus on driving customer value, while elevating Acuvue brand equity at retail.
- Experience working with budgets and sales forecasts.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Strong communications skills & negotiation skills
- People management skills
- Proactive, positive, open-minded, curios and innovative mindset
- Excellent command of English to work with region (and global)
