Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations across the APAC region. This is a people manager role responsible for managing a team of sourcing professionals, driving regional sourcing strategies, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact talent solutions. The role plays a critical part in building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for key business functions across North America.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Talent Sourcers to support APAC region, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.

Design and execute region-specific sourcing strategies aligned with global talent acquisition goals.

Partner with senior recruiters, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.

Drive proactive sourcing for critical, niche, and leadership roles using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.

Oversee market intelligence efforts including talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, and regional talent trends.

Ensure sourcing strategies support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Monitor and report on sourcing metrics, team performance, and pipeline health.

Collaborate with global sourcing leaders to share best practices and align on global initiatives.

Manage vendor relationships and sourcing tools/platforms across the region.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

8+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing sourcing teams and delivering results across multiple APAC markets.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Professional, Seek, Naukri) and techniques (Boolean, X-ray, etc.).

Experience with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Avature, Paradox).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience sourcing for engineering, manufacturing, or technology roles.

Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
