Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer – Lead with strong expertise in Angular, .NET, SQL, and Azure to lead the development of critical modules, drive technical excellence, and ensure high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate will own end‑to‑end solutions, participate in architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and guide the team through best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full‑stack applications using Angular and .NET.
• Drive architectural discussions, propose technical solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop secure, high‑quality, and performance code across frontend and backend systems.
• Implement cloud‑based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Lead CI/CD implementation, automation, version control, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps to deliver critical releases.
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to the development team or module group.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution for production and development environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in full‑stack development using Angular and .NET (Core/Framework).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and UI frameworks.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and backend development concepts.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, database design, performance optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
• Proven experience in leading a team or handling modules, providing direction, and delivering high‑quality output.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, debugging capabilities, and experience with secure coding practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, BE, B. Tech, MCA with strong knowledge of**.NET, Angular, SQL, Azure**, CI/CD processes, and team/module handling is essential.
