Who We Are
Since 2022, Cork has been designated the Center of Excellence for Fire Detection Connected Services, driven by the success and innovation of products developed by our local teams. One such flagship solution is Xaap, a mobile and web-based building inspection and compliance reporting platform. Since 2018, facility managers across North America have used Xaap to test nearly84 million devices, identifying over 1 million deficiencies and improving safety standards to help protect lives.
We are now entering the next phase of our journey—expanding our cloud platform, building new connected services, and investing in innovative technologies developed here in Cork.
