你需要做的是
项目投标前招标文件的审核，协助销售针对商务条款提出偏离，降低投标风险；
合同签订前，审核合同商务条款，根据法律法规的规定以及公司的政策要求，提出修改意见，指导销售修改合同条款或者协助销售与客户进行商务条款谈判，规避项目风险；
定期归纳总结合同条款的注意事项，指导销售日常与客户的商务条款谈判；
审核第三方采购合同和分包合同的条款内容，针对我司与客户的合同中的风险条款，制定分包外购合同条款，转嫁我司风险；
主管安排的其他工作.
我们期待的是
要求
- 本科或以上学历，法律，国际贸易等相关专业
- 1年以上外资合资工业企业相关部门工作经验，协调能力强
优先考虑的
- CET-6级或以上，熟练使用英语读、写，熟练掌握Office办公软件的使用技巧
- 善于沟通协调，责任心强，仔细严谨
