Join JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team as an Assistant Valuer and kick-start your career in one of Australia's most dynamic property markets. This is your opportunity to work alongside experienced valuers on high-profile commercial properties while developing expertise that will set the foundation for your professional growth.

A snapshot of the duties and responsibilities:

• Inspecting properties with a qualified valuer when required

• Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs

• Preparing research for valuation reports

• Entering key tenancy and information into the valuation model

• Inserting market evidence

• Reviewing lease information

• Going over initial details with a qualified valuer to finalise reports

• Assisting valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives

• Developing your market knowledge

Qualifications:

You have obtained a relevant tertiary qualification in Property, and you’ve realised your passion is a career in real estate valuation!

You have a high attention to detail and are proficient in learning new systems, processes and technology.

Also important is strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JLL can provide clear progression paths, from Assistant Valuer to more senior roles within the Valuation team or other departments. Our brand in the industry will be beneficial for your long-term career prospects.
