What the job involve:

• Project related parties access permit application

• Assist in MSRA arrangement with MDP/ Small Project Team/Soft Team, submit to P2WS for Senior to approve

• Soft/Hardcopy project information filing

• Spare parts arrangement and to include the equipment in maintenance contract after DLP

• Assist to arrange project manpower resource for MDP/Small Project Team/Soft Team and submission

• Assist daily operation with Shift Team, i.e. inventory checking, daily R&M work

• Any ad hoc task assigned by FM

• ARP & HID Safe Access Permit application for both team

• Provide proper soft service skills to client

• Assist the team for general duty

• Assist any ad-hoc task assigned by Senior. Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery

• Undertake comprehensive tendering procedures for all outsourced services.

• Ensure compliance with contractual SLA in order to meet KPI targets

• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations

• Assist in ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance program

• Carry out periodic FM inspections

• Respond to emergency incidents within the Emergency Response Procedures

• Ensure compliance with Jones Lang La Salle minimum audit standards

• Manage end user expectations

Proactively identify and investigate potential cost saving or value add opportunities
