The Facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities Management team in the day‑to‑day delivery of facility management services. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, Senior FM or Regional Manager, this role helps ensure smooth site operations, effective service coordination and a positive experience for clients and building users.
What is your day to day?
- Support the Facilities Management function on site and assist as a point of contact for client and tenant queries
- Help coordinate day‑to‑day facility services (hard and soft) delivered by in‑house teams and external service providers
- Assist in collecting data and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Support budget tracking and basic cost control activities in cooperation with the Facilities Management team
- Help ensure smooth daily operations and communication within corporate tenant areas
- Assist with monitoring service quality and vendor performance using agreed KPIs
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to facilities management
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, property management or a similar operational role
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic presentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Share Point
- Willingness to learn CMMS / work order systems
- Ability to cooperate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Preferred
- Education in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration or a related field
- Exposure to office, corporate or technical environments
- Interest in developing a career in facilities management
