Job Requirements

The Front Desk is the first and last impression of our hotel. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in experience
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with empathy and urgency
  • Maintain accurate billing, post charges, and balance transactions
  • Monitor and enroll guests in the Hilton Honors program
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Follow all brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies

Work Experience

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency (hotel PMS experience preferred)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 or older
