Position Title: Analyst

  • Valuation Advisory

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Valuation Advisory Services

Position Summary: Support senior valuation professionals in delivering comprehensive real estate valuation services across various property types and market sectors. Contribute to high-quality valuation reports, market analysis, and advisory services for institutional clients, investors, and corporate occupiers in the Egyptian and broader MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Support Assist in preparing detailed property valuations using income, cost, and sales comparison approaches. Conduct market research and analysis to support valuation assumptions. Gather and analyze comparable sales, lease transactions, and market data. Support desktop and site-based property inspections and document findings.

Research and Analysis Research local market conditions, rental rates, vacancy levels, and investment yields. Analyze economic and demographic factors affecting property values. Maintain databases of market information and comparable transactions. Prepare market summaries and trend analyses for inclusion in valuation reports.

Report Preparation Draft sections of valuation reports under supervision of senior staff. Prepare maps, photographs, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with international valuation standards (RICS, IVS) and local regulations. Assist in quality control and review processes for deliverables.

Client Support Participate in client meetings and presentations as appropriate. Respond to client queries under guidance from senior team members. Support business development activities including proposal preparation.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis preferred. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Knowledge of Egyptian real estate market dynamics preferred.

Technical Skills: Understanding of real estate valuation principles and methodologies. Familiarity with financial modeling and DCF analysis. Basic knowledge of construction and property types. Research and data analysis capabilities.

Professional Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in team environments. Commitment to professional development and industry knowledge. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
