【JOB GOALS/職務の目的】

プロジェクトデザインチームのデザイナーとしてチーム内で協力し、コンセプトメイキングから設計監理までの業務遂行、PMと連携してプロジェクトを完了させる。

【KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES/ 主要業務と職責】

デザインプロジェクトの完遂

プロジェクトのデザインコンセプト、スペースプランニング、レイアウト、詳細な図面の構築

クライアントや利害関係者と密接に連携し、プロジェクトのゴールと目的を確立し、これらをデザインソリューションに落とし込む

必要に応じた社内の海外デザインチーム（APAC, Regional Creative Studio）との連動

育成

新製品、材料、デザイントレンドに関するリサーチをチーム内で推進

Regional Creative Studioと連携し、グローバルに展開しているクリエイティブソフトウェアのスキルの向上を目指す

自らが会得した業務に関するデザインプロジェクトのマネジメントスキルを同僚および部下と共有する。

ビジネスデベロップメント

• 業務提供を通じ、同一顧客から派生的業務を獲得
• One JLLの一端を担うPR活動の実施、並びに社内外での積極的な部門の認知向上の活動をチーム一体となって行う

【IMPORTANT COMPETENCIES/重要なコンピテンシー】

インテリアのデザインのスキルを有する。

オフィス内装もしくはホテル客室、店舗等の空間構築能力を有する。

クライアントの立場で物事が考えられる

クライアントのビジネスを理解し、デザインコンセプトとの整合性をチーム内で図りつつ設計提案としてまとめ上げることに従事できる。

オフィス内装もしくはホテル客室、店舗における基本的な設計与件、法規条件を理解することができる。

プロジェクト完結への強い責任感

小中規模のプロジェクトを上司の指導下で業務遂行できる

【Related experience, knowledge, skill, qualifications, etc./求められる経験、知識、能力、資格等】

Required 必須要件

建築もしくはインテリアの設計監理に関する業務経験５年以上

インテリアデザイナーとしての国内実務経験3年以上

300坪以上の建築内装の設計監理経験あり

３名以上の設計チームでの経験値

Adobe Creative Suite、Sketch Upが使える

CAD、MS Officeを業務に支障なく扱える。

Preferred あれば尚可

英語でのサービス提供（TOIEC700点以上）

Revitの業務での使用経験

一級建築士、インテリアプランナー

LEED AP資格

必須書類

• ポートフォリオ
