Das erwartet Dich

• Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern, Kunden und Mitarbeitern
• Telefon- und E-Mail-Service sowie allgemeine Anfragen bearbeiten
• Organisation und Betreuung von Meeting-Räumen und Events
• Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Anmeldungen, Ausweise und Postservice
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security, Reinigung und anderen Teams
• Flexible Einsätze in verschiedenen Bereichen des Gebäudes

Das bringst Du mit

• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder ähnlichen Bereichen
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Detailgenauigkeit
