Job Title: Process Lead
- Marketing (Project Management)

Location: Gurugram

Timing: 1-10pm India time
Drive strategic business initiatives across JLL marketing by coordinating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to formulate, execute, and optimize business strategies that support organisational growth and market leadership objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with C-suite executives, regional directors, and business unit leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with JLL's global objectives. Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning sessions and ensure seamless communication between senior stakeholders throughout strategy development phases.
This role will lead high-visibility strategic programs and projects from conception through execution, managing complex timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Successfully manage multiple programs simultaneously, where each program encompasses several smaller interconnected projects that must be delivered cohesively for overall program success. Coordinate multiple workstreams across various initiatives while maintaining quality standards and meeting critical milestones for business strategy implementation. Demonstrate proven experience in leading and managing multiple complex projects and programs concurrently.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build and maintain relationships with internal senior leaders, external clients, and strategic partners. Present strategic recommendations and project updates to executive leadership, translating complex business concepts into actionable insights and clear communication frameworks.
Business Analysis & Strategy Formulation Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and internal capability evaluations to inform strategic decision-making. Develop business cases, financial models, and risk assessments supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with regional teams, service lines, and corporate functions to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution. Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions that bring together diverse perspectives to strengthen business strategy development.
Required Qualifications:
PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (with status: In Good Standing) is required, supported by either PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent alternatives.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive program management experience, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or business development roles within professional services, real estate, or consulting environments.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with senior executive involvement. Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver measurable results and drive organizational growth.
Exposure and some level of expertise intools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, other PM tools
Essential Skills:
Project Management Expertise: Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience managing projects with timelines spanning 6-18 months.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and business model development.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives. Ability to influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial real estate markets, property services, or related professional services industries. Familiarity with JLL's business model and service offerings preferred.
Success Metrics
Success measured through timely delivery of strategic initiatives, stakeholder satisfaction scores, and measurable impact on business performance. Expected to contribute to revenue growth, operational efficiency improvements, and successful market expansion initiatives.
