Project Management:

• Lead data-related projects from conception to completion

• Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Presentation and Communication:

• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes the account/regional directors, account champions, facility managers plus internal and other external stakeholders

• Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards

• Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders – internal and external stakeholders such as account directors, champions, facility managers and regional stakeholders

• Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients

Strategic Advisory:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts

• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Data Collection and Management:

• Extracting, collecting, and gathering data from various sources, including live data streams

• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms

• Developing and maintaining data pipelines

• Implementing data governance practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

• Identifying data-related issues and determining root causes

• Managing data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access

• Participating in data integration projects and initiatives

• Complying with and contributing to data standardization efforts

• Data Accuracy: Auditing database access and requests

• Continually reviewing processes for improvement

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets

• Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives

• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights

• Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI experience is good to have but not required

• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques

• Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between data and decision-making, providing valuable insights that drive business growth and innovation.
