• Job Summary

QA/QC Manager for civil construction works. Minimum 15 years’ experience in QA QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) of civil construction works of an industrial and data center building experience is a must. Must have worked on the complete life cycle of the project.

• Key Responsibilities

o Review Quality Plan submitted by contractor and get it verified from strl Consultants and ensure the same followed at site.

o Review Architectural drawing along with structural & Services drawing and ensure all the Architectural Features and service requirement are in line.

o If found any discrepancies raise RFI and get the relevant details from consultant / designer before execution.

o Ensure the BOQ specification followed at site in the execution

o Review concrete Design mix and provide feedback if any discrepancy.

o Conduct trail mix for all grades of concrete and testing of cubes of in and continues the process till the end.

o Ensure calibration certificates for all applicable construction instruments and maintain MTC for all the applicable Constcruion materials.

o Ensure Construction material testing and maintain tracker with respect to all material.

o Site inspection of all structural elements on construction stage and provide feedback to Project lead on the contractor’s workmanship and issue site instruction if found deviation from the drawing.

o Maintain Construction checklist for all civil activities

o If site instruction is not closed, escalate to Constrictor’s management and covert the same as NCR (Non-Confirmation Report)

o Closing of NCR

o Maintain Site instruction & NCR tracker

o Lead periodical Quality Audit at site
