Projektmanager am Standort München, Stuttgart und Nürnberg (m/w/d)

Wir suchen begeisterte Expertinnen für unser Projektmanagement Team am Standort München, Stuttgart und Nürnberg, die an einer Reihe von wegweisenden Projekten arbeiten.

Zusammen mit unseren globalen Kunden schaffen, fördern und optimieren wir intelligente, sichere und nachhaltige Gebäude, egal ob Office, Labs, Hotels, Residential, Industrial, Showrooms, Retail oder Public Sector.

Ihre Aufgaben

Projektsteuerung & Koordination

• Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Übergabe
• Schnittstellenkoordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Planer, Handwerker, Dienstleister)
• Kosten- und Terminmanagement inkl. Budgetkontrolle
• Begleitung der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bau- bzw. Generalunternehmerleistungen (Design & Build)
• Qualitäts-, Risiko- und Claim-Management durch regelmäßiges Reporting

Beratung & Konzeption

• Technische und planerische Beratung beim Anmietungsprozess
• Entwicklung individueller Belegungskonzepte mit internen Planungstools
• Kreative Entwurfskonzepte (mit dem Design Team)
• Beratung zu technischen, baustrukturellen und genehmigungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Begleitung bei Farb-, Material- und Möblierungskonzepten

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium: Architektur, Innenarchitektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Projektsteuerung
• Berufserfahrung in Planungsbüro oder Bau-/Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung mit Büro- oder Retail-Fit-outs von Vorteil

Fachkompetenz

• Kenntnisse in Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Innenausbaumaßnahmen
• Kenntnisse von Bauvorschriften, Brandschutz und Arbeitsstättenrichtlinien
• Grundverständnis für TGA, Elektroinstallationen und Workplace-Technologien
• Sicherer Umgang mit Kosten- und Zeitplanungstools sowie MS Office/Excel

• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch mind. C1)
