Deputy Research Manager (과차장급)

주요 업무:

• 오피스, 물류, 코리빙 등 다양한 섹터에 걸친 상업용 부동산 리서치 총괄
• 다국적 고객들을 대상으로 일일 및 주간 시장 발표 (영어 90%, 한국어 10%)
• 업계 행사 참석 및 시장 프레젠테이션과 타 JLL 팀 지원
• 강력한 대인관계 능력과 탄탄한 리서치 역량을 바탕으로 핵심 이해관계자와의 관계 구축
• 조직 역량 개선을 위한 주니어 팀원 멘토링 및 개발
• 통합 고객 솔루션 제공을 위한 서비스 라인 간 cross-functional 팀과의 효과적인 협업
• 마감 기한을 준수하여 양질의 분기별 및 수시 시장 보고서 작성

자격 요건:

• 부동산 또는 관련 분야(부동산 서비스, 컨설팅, 자산관리, 증권, 투자은행, 리서치 등)에서 입증된 경력을 보유한 경험자
• 한국어와 영어 모두 원어민 수준 또는 그에 준하는 유창함 필수
• 경영학, 경제학, 금융학, 부동산학 또는 관련 학과 학사학위 필수
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션, 대인관계, 프레젠테이션, 분석 능력
• 한국어와 영어 모두 리서치 및 리포트 작성 경험 우대
• 상업용 부동산 시장에 대한 깊은 이해
• 세심한 디테일 관리 능력 및 다수의 프로젝트 동시 진행 능력

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive commercial real estate research across multiple sectors, including office, logistics, and living
• Deliver daily and weekly market updates to multinational clients, leveraging strong presentation skills in both English and Korean
• Attend industry events and support other JLL teams with market presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders through strong interpersonal abilities and robust research capabilities
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build organizational capacity
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
• Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc market reports with consistent attention to deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Experienced professional with demonstrated background in real estate or related fields (real estate services, consulting, asset management, securities, investment banking, or market research)
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Korean is a must
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, real estate, or related discipline required
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities
• Proven experience in analytical and consulting report writing in both Korean and English
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
