The mission
We’re looking for a dynamic and structured Junior Construction Project Managerbased in Amsterdam to help deliver inspiring Jet Brains workplaces globally.
Your mission is to empower project teams and stakeholders with the right structure, information, and coordination to deliver inspiring offices that meet Jet Brains’ design and quality standards while keeping a close eye on quality, timeline, and budget.
This role requires someone with strong organizational skills who can balance technical understanding with people-focused project management. This role offers strong growth potential to build expertise in project management methods, stakeholder management, and technical construction knowledge.
What you’ll do

Support workplace projects end to end, working closely with project managers from initiation to completion.

Help define scope/objectives and align stakeholders.

Drive clear communication across internal stakeholders and external consultants/vendors.

Prepare project documentation, presentations for internal review, and leadership updates.

Review drawings and technical documentation from a client-side perspective, flagging gaps and inconsistencies early and driving clarifications to closure.

Recognize workplace needs and requirements, including acoustics, privacy, lighting, usability, and the overall employee experience.

Run project meetings, define milestones, and maintain clear project status reporting.

Support procurement workflows by helping define scope, comparing offers, and coordinating approvals.

Travel to project locations as needed to support key decisions and milestones and strengthen collaboration with partners.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by refining templates, guidelines, and department initiatives.
What we’re looking for
-
2+ years of experience in project coordination / project management, ideally in construction, fit-out, or workplace projects.

A degree in architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field.
-
A solid understanding of fit-out delivery, including drawings and documentation, materials/finishes, and how projects move from design to site. MEP familiarity is a plus.

Strong stakeholder skills and comfort working with multiple teams and priorities.

A proactive mindset – taking ownership, solving problems, and knowing when to escalate.

The ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a changing environment.

A collaborative mindset and experience working in international, cross-functional teams.

Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, project tracking tools (Asana), Miro, presentations, and working with drawing sets/markups (PDF/CAD).

Fluent English (written and spoken).

The willingness to travel based on project needs (~20%).
