About us:Jam City is looking for a motivated and skilled Producer to join our team.

You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and visuals.

This role manages or participates in cross-functional efforts to develop and execute product development and launch plans.

It involves creating new game and game feature ideas informed by product knowledge, analyses of player demographics and player behavior, and community and customer service feedback.

The Senior Product Manager analyzes data, builds automated reports, and works with the analytics team to inform content and business choices during game development and post-launch, focusing on developing and retaining the audience and driving revenue through monetization strategies.

This role works with game teams to identify, test, measure and improve high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention.

It also communicates relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

Additionally, this role may mentor and manage less experienced members of the team.
