Atendimento multicanal receptivo e ativo aos pacientes, médicos e profissionais de saúde no Programa de Suporte ao Paciente, coleta de relatos de Eventos Adversos, reclamações técnicas sobre o produto, registro das informações em sistema/planilhas e contato e suporte aos prestadores de serviço do programa

Funções essenciais

  • Fornece atendimento multicanal aos clientes, com fornecimentos de serviços e solução de problemas de produtos e do suporte/serviços fornecido pelo programa.
  • Realiza registro do atendimento e processos realizados no sistema CRM e planilhas.
  • Oferece orientação de saúde e qualidade de vida aos pacientes e cuidadores do programa.
  • Auxilia médicos e demais profissionais da saúde sobre o tratamento dos pacientes, ou uso dos benefícios do programa.
  • Acompanha e auxilia os prestadores de serviço no fornecimento dos benefícios do programa.

Qualificações

  • Curso Técnico ou Graduação na área da saúde (em curso ou concluída).
  • Pacote Office (Conhecimento mínimo: Intermediário).
  • Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
  • Residente em São Paulo/SP.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencial no escritório da IQVIA.
