We are looking for a HR Officer to complement our team. Your main responsibilities will focus on:

  • Driving timely payroll preparation & HR admin – our payroll is outsourced to ADP, you are responsible for collecting and providing the correct input and quality control.
  • Improving HR processes in a complex environment - one of your challenges will be to streamline our HR processes and ensure they are consistent and harmonized working closely with our global and local HR Shared Services.
  • Responsible for processing HR vendor invoices and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Participating in (global) HR projects – we have a global HR community providing lots of opportunities to contribute and learn in global or regional projects.
  • Ensuring the employee experience is consistently positive – from the moment employees accept their offer, through their onboarding and further journey within IQVIA, you are their HR point of contact!
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers – our managers are responsible for their employees when it comes to hiring, sickness absence, leave, etc., you support and guide them in their role.

Your Profile:

This is a dynamic and multi‑faceted role that requires someone who can confidently multitask, take ownership, and work independently. You excel at coordinating and organizing work, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy operating in an international environment. You are enthusiastic, proactive, and a true team player. As a critical thinker, you are not afraid to challenge when needed, and you are driven by creating a positive impact on our employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent through experience
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in The Netherlands
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll, labor laws, and HR practices
  • Experience with knowledge migrants, UWV procedures, absence management (verzuim/arbodienst), and leave administration is considered a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
