Fathom’s Associate Development Program is a paid, high-impact summer experience designed to develop future digital marketing leaders.

We’re looking for motivated, curious, and team-oriented college students in the Cleveland area who want hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and marketing automation—while being mentored by some of the best in the industry.

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play an active role in building and optimizing campaigns, uncovering insights that drive client outcomes, and contributing to the culture that makes Fathom a top Workplace in Northeast Ohio.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Support Client Work & Campaign Excellence

• Participate in internal and external strategy discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Support the launch, QA, and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, and marketing automation.
• Conduct channel, content, and competitive audits to uncover opportunities for performance improvement.
• Analyze campaign performance data and connect insights to client business objectives and KPIs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies (A/B tests, messaging, targeting, landing pages).
• Document findings clearly and present recommendations to team members and mentors.

• Engage in structured learning sessions on digital marketing, analytics, healthcare marketing, and client success.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $26,500.00 - $66,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
