We’re looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our commercial leasing team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with the commercial leasing team to support marketing, data tracking, tenant outreach, and market research — gaining hands-on exposure to the fast-moving world of commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, phone interviews, site inspections, and proprietary databases.

• Participate in site visits and update project information.

• Review property listings, trade journals, and industry reports to track market activity and trends.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.

• Support property tours, client meetings, and leasing-related activities.

• Maintain and update property databases and client records.

• Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects.

About You:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
