Job Overview:
Join IQVIA as a Product Manager and play a key role in developing innovative, data‑driven solutions that leverage hospital data, administrative data (including NFZ reporting structures), and publicly available health information.
As part of the local Offering team, you will shape the strategy, vision, and execution roadmap for products supporting pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and public stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development

Design and implement product strategies for solutions built on hospital data, administrative datasets (including NFZ reporting such as SWIAD), and publicly accessible health information.

Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and discovery through development, launch, and continuous optimization.

Define product requirements based on deep understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape and pharmaceutical market.

Market & Data Analysis

Assess the value and potential of hospital and public health data to address client needs across pharma, medtech, and healthcare.

Identify opportunities to enhance IQVIA’s offerings by integrating clinical, epidemiological, administrative, and public sector data assets.

Innovation & Collaboration
-
Develop new data combinations, analytical assets, and use cases by integrating IQVIA proprietary datasets with external hospital and NFZ data.

Collaborate closely with data science, consulting, commercial teams, and global peers.

Go-To-Market & Communication
-
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data-driven products.

Support brand visibility through effective product storytelling, communication, and engagement with key stakeholders.

Shape clear product messaging and positioning to drive adoption and business impact.

Client Engagement & Business Support

Partner with commercial and client-facing teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Create materials that illustrate the value of hospital-data-based and public-data-driven solutions.

Key requirements Education & Language
-
Bachelors degree required
-
Fluency in Polish and English.

Professional Experience
-
Minimum 3 years, ideally 4–6 years of experience in product management or development of non-physical, data-driven products or services.

Experience working with medical, administrative, or analytical data solutions is highly desirable.

Experience collaborating with data science or analytics teams.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
-
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, its structure, dynamics, and data ecosystem.

Knowledge of hospital data specifics, including hospitalization records, JGP groupings, clinical workflows, and data availability constraints.

Familiarity with NFZ reporting processes, including administrative and statistical reporting structures such as SWIAD and related datasets.

Awareness of public health data sources (NFZ, Ministry of Health, public registers, epidemiological databases).
-
Excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning, and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Solid project and product management capabilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 135 100,00 zł - 251 100,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
