Your Team
The Reporting function within Investment & Distribution Services is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of reports and marketing collaterals to global clients and regulators. The team is committed to delivering high-quality service through disciplined operational practices and responsive support for distribution processes, new product launches, and evolving instruments. Operating in a dynamic environment shaped by economic, regulatory, and risk-related changes, the team ensures the delivery of reliable and consistent data aligned with the “SMART” data principles—ensuring data is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Your Role
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for quality assurance of client, product, regulatory, and financial reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The role supports internal stakeholders and clients by addressing queries, assists in transitioning global reporting processes, and ensures compliance with internal standards. The individual contributes to process documentation, identifies areas for improvement, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for producing reports and reviewing reports produced by junior staff and the vendors on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) by validating the data against source applications and distributing these reports to clients, regulators and vendors via email or publishing on platforms as needed.

Assess the reporting requirements; define/update the reporting templates by working with internal stakeholders and technology teams.

Able to handle basic queries from internal stakeholders and clients; assist senior team members with complex queries.

To be able to work under direct supervision and assist in transitioning of work from local offices.

Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards and accuracy.

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation.

Ensure Team Lead/Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be important.

The Experience You Bring

2–3 years of prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically within investment operations.

Strong understanding of financial industry fundamentals and various asset classes

Familiarity with mutual fund structures, investment life cycle, and key market participants

Working knowledge of ESG principles and regulatory frameworks including SFTR, MiFID, and EMIR
-
Proficiency in accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS

Ability to understand and navigate data flows and system architecture within investment platforms
-
Experience with data integration, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Academic requirements
- MBA or any professional qualification with Finance as the major
