Intuit Mailchimp is the leading marketing automation and CRM platform for small and medium businesses. We help millions of entrepreneurs grow their audiences and turn insights into action — across email, social, web, and commerce.
As part of Intuit’s ecosystem, Mailchimp connects the power of data, AI, and human creativity to empower every marketer to grow smarter, faster, and more confidently. We’re transforming marketing through AI-driven, connected experiences that help small businesses compete and win.
We’re looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the Social Marketing product pillar at Intuit Mailchimp.
In this highly strategic and customer-impacting role, you’ll define and execute the AI-forward vision for how millions of small businesses create, publish, and optimize their presence across social media channels — driving measurable increases in reach, engagement, leads, and sales.
You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and partnerships to build the next generation of social marketing experiences — ones that are intelligent, automated, and deeply integrated with Mailchimp’s broader marketing suite.
You’ll be responsible for shaping Mailchimp’s position in the social marketing ecosystem and for delivering “done-for-you” and “done-with-you” AI-powered solutions that take the complexity out of social marketing, allowing customers to focus on running their business while Mailchimp helps them grow it.
Responsibilities
-
Own the Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the multi-year strategy for Mailchimp’s Social Marketing product area, including creation, publishing, optimization, and analytics across major social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
-
Lead with AI: Partner with Intuit’s AI and data science teams to embed Generative AI into the end-to-end customer journey — from content ideation and post generation to performance insights and intelligent automation.
-
Deliver Customer Growth: Ensure the social marketing experience directly drives customer outcomes — increased engagement, traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions — by building products that are not only easy to use, but measurably effective.
-
Shape the Ecosystem: Define how social marketing connects across Mailchimp’s core surfaces (email, websites, analytics, commerce) to deliver a unified, AI-powered marketing platform.
Champion Customer Empathy: Lead discovery efforts, synthesize customer insights, and translate them into differentiated, customer-backed solutions that simplify marketing for time-constrained small business owners. -
Drive Platform Scale: Build a robust, reliable, and extensible publishing and analytics infrastructure capable of supporting millions of social interactions and third-party integrations.
-
Influence Across Intuit: Act as a thought leader on AI-driven social marketing strategy, partnering with other product leaders across Intuit to define how AI and automation shape the future of customer growth experiences
-
Mentor & Inspire: Guide and mentor junior PMs and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or staff-level leadership capacity.
- Proven success leading large-scale social or social ads products, ideally with complex integrations, that deliver strong measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, APIs, publishing workflows, and content performance analytics.
- Experience driving AI/ML-powered products — particularly in automation, content generation, or marketing optimization.
- Strong product vision paired with a rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and measurement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills — able to influence at executive levels and rally teams around ambitious goals.
- Passion for helping small businesses thrive through intelligent marketing and automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs), content intelligence systems, or AI/ML lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in social or marketing platform innovation.
- Proven ability to scale products globally, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance across markets.
