The Intuit Fintech Platform team is seeking a product leader to develop and deliver new payment capabilities and experiences. We are looking for a leader who has the drive, curiosity and technical experience to move fast, execute and iterate.

As a Principal Product Manager leading wallet within the Intuit Fintech Platform team, you will be instrumental in transforming customer experiences. You will directly own the strategy and development of new wallet capabilities, encompassing everything from how users store and access funds to how they initiate and complete transactions across Intuit's ecosystem. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between modern payment rails and emerging trends such as agentic commerce and stablecoin.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for the Wallet. Meet with senior leaders and stakeholders regularly to educate, inform, and align commitments.
- Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities. Partner closely with other product managers and designers to craft simple and impactful product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership that demonstrates a high bar for collaboration and one team mindset
- Act as a key figure within the Fintech Platform Product Management leadership, collaborating closely with other leaders to craft a cohesive vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings are superior and well-positioned.
- Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences. Deep experience with business or consumer wallet applications that encompass two sided platforms and creating network effects is a must.
- Exposure to agentic providers, stablecoin partners, merchant issuer and acquirers, and familiarity with the landscape is critical.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products. Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results.
- Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
- Passionate for solving customer problems, both for businesses and consumers.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MS a plus.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is: $236,000 - $319,000
