- We are seeking a Solutions Consultan t
- Mid Market who helps the Intuit Quick Books Canada LATAM team to define, operationalize, and scale industry-specific solutions across the Intuit platform for the Mid-Market (EMM).
This role is accountable for deeply understanding the common business problems within priority industry verticals and translating those needs into clear, repeatable, and value-driven solution stacks—leveraging Quick Books, Intuit’s broader platform, and third-party (3P) applications.
As a senior individual contributor within Partner Enablement & Professional Services (PEPS), you will act as the vertical SME, shaping how we sell, enable, and deliver industry solutions across Sales, Partners, and Services. Your work will directly support value-based selling, platform adoption, and ecosystem expansion.
Responsibilities

Vertical Strategy & Problem Definition

Help building the vertical solution strategy for the top priority industry segments

Identify and articulate:
-
Common industry-specific challenges, workflows, and pain points

Where the Intuit platform solves natively
-
Where ecosystem (3P) applications are required to complete the solution
-
Translate customer and industry insights into clear Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) for each vertical.

Maintain a strong point of view on what “good” looks like for each vertical solution.

Platform & Ecosystem Solution Design for Mid-Market

Design and define verticalized solution stacks for the Mid market that:

Extend Quick Books beyond its core design
-
Address the full operational, financial, and compliance needs of Mid-Market customers
-
Evaluate, select, and influence the use of 3P applications to ensure:
-
Strong functional coverage
-
Scalability and reliability
-
Alignment with Intuit’s support and delivery models
-
Partner with ecosystem, product, and Service providers teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery readiness.

Support Go-to-Market Enablement & Value-Based Selling
-
Support high-impact, high-visibility engagements where vertical credibility is critical to success, including: Strategic industry events (webinars, in-person events, executive briefings), large or complex Mid-Market sales opportunities and priority implementations or transformation initiatives

Act as a vertical and Mid market subject-matter expert in customer-facing scenarios, providing: Consultative guidance during late-stage sales cycles, validation of proposed solution stacks and implementation approaches and confidence to customers and partners in the recommended platform and ecosystem design
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
5–7 years of experience in customer pre- and post sales engineering and implementation, technical support, accounting, consulting or solution delivery.

Strong understanding of Mid-Market business operations across multiple industries.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into structured, scalable solutions.
-
Deep familiarity with platform-based solutions and third-party ecosystems.
-
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
Desired Qualifications:
-
Experience with Quick Books Online, QBO Advanced, Payroll, Time, and Intuit’s broader platform.

Strong knowledge of third-party application ecosystems (inventory, construction, payroll, reporting, etc.).

Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or industry-specific operations.

Experience supporting value-based selling motions.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Toronto: $92,500 - $130,000
