We are looking for a product marketing leader to champion the adoption and success of our AI + Human Intelligence (AI+HI) initiatives. This individual will possess an outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative and analytical approaches toward trajectory-changing service and solutions. Strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships, customer empathy, a bias for speed, and executive-level influence skills will be essential.
This leader will operate in strong partnerships with Analytics, Product Management, Service Delivery, and Finance. To be successful, you will bring a mix of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, go-to-market experience, and a customer-centric orientation within a cross-functional, dynamic organization that moves with velocity.
Responsibilities
Leverage advanced market and competitive intelligence and data to deeply understand customer behaviors and market needs to proactively define function-wide strategies to capitalize on AI+HI growth opportunities with strategic and executional excellence.
Develop a deep understanding of AI+HI offerings and value equations to influence product and service delivery roadmaps, pricing, and entitlements, to create compelling customer experiences that deliver distinct advantages in the market.
Translate segment and marketplace needs into strategic product marketing plans to drive both acquisition and retention of users.
Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences that deliver improved business outcomes.
Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.
Craft comprehensive and engaging narratives and messaging hierarchies that are customer and research-backed.
Lead with operational rigor through the development of principle-based prioritization across an array of AI+HI offerings and initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years professional experience in product marketing
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Deep knowledge or experience with AI and human expert services is highly preferred.
Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with data-backed visions to drive alignment and buy-in.
Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate objectives, recommendations, and results to senior leaders.
Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.
Proven success in turning deep customer understanding into insightful market strategy and execution that drives business results.

Northern California (Mountain View): $197,000 - $266,500
Southern California: $183,000 - $247,500
