Mailchimp is a leading marketing automation platform, empowering millions of small businesses to grow through smarter marketing and customer engagement. Now, as part of Intuit, we’re building the next generation of connected tools that help small businesses and mid-sized companies thrive. We’ve identified and invested in a set of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) — including Professional Services, Mid-Market, and others — to guide our product strategy. Each ICP represents a major opportunity to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that drive measurable growth for our customers. We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager responsible for ICP Coordination & delivery to ensure these strategies come to life. This role is responsible for connecting ICP visions with cross-functional delivery, ensuring that features and functionality across the organization add up to cohesive customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with ICP leads, orchestrating dependencies, aligning priorities, and driving execution against a unified roadmap.
Responsibilities
● Align ICP strategies with execution – Partner with ICP leads to translate vision into actionable, coordinated delivery plans.
● Orchestrate cross-functional delivery – Ensure that features from different product areas come together to create cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences.
● Manage dependencies and priorities – Anticipate overlaps across ICPs, identify trade-offs, and ensure the right sequencing of work for maximum customer impact.
● Maintain roadmap visibility – Create clarity across teams by defining milestones, tracking progress, and communicating updates, risks, and adjustments.
● Anchor decisions in customer value – Keep ICP-specific needs central to planning, ensuring that delivery ladders up to tangible outcomes for our customers.
● Foster accountability and alignment – Work across engineering, design, GTM, and other functions to ensure execution is consistent with ICP strategies and Intuit’s broader goals.
● Elevate product practices – Introduce frameworks, tools, and rituals that improve roadmap discipline and delivery excellence across ICPs.
Qualifications
● 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally in portfolio, platform, or cross-functional delivery roles.
● Strategic and operational strength, able to balance long-term vision with the details of execution.
● Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
● Strong influencing skills, with experience aligning senior leaders and cross-functional partners around shared priorities.
● Analytical and metrics-driven, experienced in defining success measures and using data to drive accountability.
● Customer-obsessed, ensuring delivery is always in service of real customer value.
● Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across organizational levels and functions.
