Job Description:

Intel Labs China is looking for passionate, self-motivated, and talented Research Intern who have demonstrated outstanding research background and experiences in CPU and accelerator design (NPU) through FPGA emulation. You will explore different architectures and verify SoC function with focus on NPU, design an online FPGA platform for developers, and work very closely with SoC architects and software experts to enable and maintain full software-stack on the SOC platform, including bootloaders, OS and drivers, to support NPUs evaluation and demonstration activities.
Besides technical expertise, the candidate must exhibit ability to work in a collaborative corporate environment. The person must Willing to learn and use various advanced process technologies and design validation tools.

Qualifications:

Master or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Well knowledge and experience in RTL coding and verification.
Well knowledge the SDC coding.
Well know bootloaders, Linux OS kernel and drivers
Familiar with various scripting languages: Python, Perl, Tcl, Makefile
Experiences in SoC architecture or Core Micro-Architecture is a plus.
The knowledge of CPU core is a plus.
The knowledge of NPU core is a plus.
The knowledge of DDR protocol is a plus.
The knowledge of AI framework is a plus.
Experience in FPGA design and FPGA IPs(NOC, DDR, SERDES), tools Vivado, Synplify etc.
