Job Summary

We are looking for an Eloqua Product Owner / Marketing Automation Architect who is excited to drive diverse projects and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Eloqua platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Eloqua development team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, user stories, and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, IT, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and integrations.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in accordance with Scrum methodology
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Stay up-to-date with Eloqua capabilities, marketing automation trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales and improve efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
- Capable of managing multiple project simultaneously
- Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities
- Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment
- Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
- A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 20% travel across Europe.
Key Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
- 2+ year Project management experience - incl. establishing and maintaining processes - strong understanding of Scrum methodology and agile principles
- Proven experience as a team leader or in a leadership role within cross-functional projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, maintaining data accuracy and optimizing workflows.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and compliance with best practices.
- Advanced technical skills, e.g. HTML, JavaScript
- An associate’s degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing + at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations.
