Job Description:

The National Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all sales activities within the Retail Channel, which includes national big-box accounts such as Home Depot and Rona. In addition, provide support for sales organization. **This is a contract position for a duration of 12–18 months.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from national retail accounts and collaborate with the National Account Manager to develop timely, effective solutions.
  • Support head office strategic sales initiatives as directed by the National Account Manager.
  • Provide daily reporting and consolidate bi-monthly forecasting for the Retail Sales Channel.
  • Manage account merchandising and communication needs, including in-store visits, POP ordering and coordination, execution of store planograms, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and execute pro shows, demo days, and attend key trade shows as required.
  • Assist the National Account Managers with sales calls and PLRs, including sending product samples, performing sales analytics, and preparing presentations.
  • Conduct competitive landscape and pricing analysis by gathering data from in-store and online.
  • Compile raw point-of-sale (POS) data and prepare standardized reports for analysis.
  • Compile sales team monthly outlook templates and report changes to monthly revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure timely and accurate new SKU setup sheets.
  • Manage online retailer presence to ensure accuracy of product information and listings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline; marketing or finance major, required.
  • Demonstrated project management experience (academic or professional).
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Experience in database analysis and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
  • Results-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through effectively.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to present to small and large groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with occasional travel for customer visits, trade shows, and end-user surveys/focus groups.

Scope: Reports to the Retail National Account Manager. Contract Duration: 12–18 months.

Compensation Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Company considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
