Job Overview 🧐 We are looking for a Chatbot Builder – Client Implementation to join our team and help design, build, and implement conversational solutions for our clients.

This role is highly hands-on, especially during the first months.

You will be responsible for configuring chatbot flows, translating recruitment processes into structured conversational logic, testing solutions, and iterating based on feedback.

You will also work directly with international clients in English, gradually increasing your client-facing responsibilities as you gain context and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone with early client experience who enjoys execution work and wants to grow into a more consultative position over time.

Responsibilities Participate in the full chatbot development lifecycle—from ideation to delivery Design and configure conversational flows using Apli’s low-code tools Translate recruitment processes into clear, logical, and user-centric chat scripts Conduct user experience testing and iterate based on feedback Lead client-facing sessions to understand recruitment processes and business needs Act as a trusted advisor for clients during chatbot implementation Translate ambiguous or high-level client requirements into structured conversational flows Present solutions, trade-offs, and recommendations to clients Qualifications 🚀 This opportunity is for you if you: Fluent English (C1+), able to confidently lead meetings and discussions with U.S. clients Live in Mexico an has labor permission (CURP) At least 1 year of professional experience working directly with clients, preferably in consulting, technology vendors, outsourcing, or service-based environments Hands-on mindset: comfortable building, configuring, testing, and iterating solutions yourself Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Ability to translate business or operational processes into clear, structured solutions (flows, scripts, automations, documentation) Excellent written communication and spelling in both Spanish and English Preferred 🙌 You will be ideal for this role if you:
