We are seeking a A highly experienced SAP Project Manager with 15+ years of expertise in delivering complex, multi-module SAP programs across global enterprises. Skilled in orchestrating end-to-end project lifecycles, managing multi-vendor delivery models, and ensuring seamless integrations across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Recognized for strong execution control, risk mitigation, and ability to drive successful cutovers, testing cycles, and phased deployments with precision.

Your role and responsibilities

• As Senior SAP Project Manager
• Complex Delivery & Governance your main responsibilities are:
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of SAP projects, from initiation and design through build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution in alignment with enterprise PMO standards.
• Oversee multi-vendor delivery teams, ensuring clear accountability and effective collaboration.
• Develop and execute integrated test strategies (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) with strong business sign-off.
• Define cutover and release strategies for phased global rollouts, ensuring business continuity.
• Provide transparent reporting, governance updates, and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Partner with business leads to ensure readiness, adoption, and measurable benefits realization.

• Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise- 10+ years managing large-scale SAP projects including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, Ariba, and Success Factors.

• Expertise in full project lifecycle delivery: design, build, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), cutover, and go-live.

• Strong experience managing global delivery teams in onshore/offshore models.

• Proven skills in release management, cutover planning, and data migration strategies.

• Hands-on proficiency with PM tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.

• Preferred technical and professional experience- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (APIs, middleware, EDI).

• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery approaches.

• Exposure to multiple industries including manufacturing, utilities, energy, retail, and pharmaceuticals.

• Certifications: PMP®, SAP Activate Project Manager (preferred but not required).

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools (Service Now).

• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly French for working with SAP products
