En este rol, trabajarás en uno de nuestros Centros de Innovación para Clientes de IBM Consulting, donde brindamos una profunda experiencia técnica y conocimiento de la industria a una amplia gama de clientes del sector público y privado alrededor del mundo. Nuestros centros de entrega ofrecen a los clientes talento local y experiencia técnica para impulsar la innovación y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías.

Tu rol y responsabilidades

• Realizar la facturación mensual garantizando la calidad de los documentos emitidos.
• Adherirse a los SLA's de cliente.

Experiencia técnica y profesional requerida

• Conocimientos en módulos de SAP
• Conocimiento de herramientas Ofimáticas (Manejo de Excel intermedio, Word, Power Point)
• Alto compromiso con las actividades asignadas
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares
• Disponibilidad para laborar feriados de Colombia
• Los cierre de mes se labora desde casa
• Capacidad para analizar situaciones complejas, identificar la causa raíz y proponer soluciones efectivas de manera oportuna
• Interés genuino por el aprendizaje continuo y el desarrollo profesional, con apertura para asumir nuevos retos y crecer dentro de la organización
