Your role and responsibilities
Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and driving innovative engagement strategies?
We're looking for a Talent Attraction Program Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen IBM's Alumni network and elevate our talent attraction efforts.
The Alumni Program is a key pillar in IBM's talent strategy, helping us stay connected with top professionals. In this role, you will:
- Grow and engage our alumni community through creative campaigns, events, offerings and digital initiatives.
- Create compelling content for social media and newsletters aligned with IBM's Talent Value Proposition (TVP).
- Analyze performance and co-create a data-driven strategy to take the Alumni Program to the next level.
- Own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results.
On this one-year assignment, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love turning strategy into action, we'd love to hear from you!
