Your role and responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the roadmap for Radar initiatives, prioritizing improvements that meet market needs, user feedback, and the Hashi Corp vision.
  • Communicate roadmap status to all stakeholders. Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases.
  • Conduct user research, write clear product specifications, and plan sprints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to research, plan, develop, and execute initiatives.
  • Help with sales and marketing collateral to education on the product story and features (Website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, FAQs, etc.).

  • Required education High School Diploma/GEDPreferred education None Required technical and professional expertise- 3+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise software. Overall, 5+ years of demonstrated ability in other roles such as software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar.
  • Project management skills with the ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, design, sales, marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong user and market research skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in cybersecurity, developer tooling, or security tooling
