In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Visual Designer working on IBM Consulting, you will play a critical role collaborating with our various teams to create user experiences that delight our clients. While you work within the loop, we look for you to have the agility to respond to changing business requirements and users' needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design deliverables such as PowerPoint Presentations and Digital collateral materials.
• Applying expertise in typography, layout, color, etc. to elicit emotional connections and intuitive, intelligent responses from users.
• Designs with pixel-perfect precision, attention to detail, and have expert skills in software tools for design, production, and implementation.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, accessible, integrated, user-experience.
• Translate end-user workflows/interactions to create a differentiated visual design experience.
• Develop and maintain a library of design asset for reuse

Required technical and professional expertise

• At least 3 years of experience in visual design.
• Experience working with to Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Acrobat) cloud software design systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design (visual, industrial design, user experience), or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.
• Creative, artistic, and innovative thinker - able to craft simple, intuitive, and desirable experiences while keeping in mind the principles of visual design.
• Maintain design consistency with IBM brand guidelines across all visual content
