In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities

• _Du berätst unsere Kund_innen von der Strategie über die Geschäftsprozesse, Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungskonzeption bis zur IT-Umsetzung mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP S/4HANA Finance und/oder Controlling.
• Du arbeitest, nach einer intensiven Schulung, mit der IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA-Methode und nutzt unsere bewährten Vorgehensweisen für Vorstudien (IBM Rapid Discovery) und Transformationsprojekte (Greenfield mit IMPACT, IBM Rapid Move, Brownfield mit der Migration Factory).
• Du übernimmst Führungsverantwortung sowie Teilprojektleitungen in SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekten.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung: mindestens 4 Jahre Prozessberatung in SAP S/4HANA Finance und/oder Controlling
• Projekterfahrung: mindestens 2 Projektlebenszyklen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Integrationswissen und Schnittstellenkenntnisse zu anderen SAP S/4HANA-Modulen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Erfahrungen im Bankingsektor
• Kommunikationsstärke und großes Verhandlungsgeschick
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Situationen zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen
• Bereitschaft zusammen mit unseren Kundinnen vor Ort zu arbeiten
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Agile
