お客様の要望をヒアリングし、Service Nowの知識• 経験をもとに、Service Nowでどのように実装していくのかをお客様と共に検討いただきます。

顧客折衝• 要件定義等の上流工程から担当いただき、ニアショア/オフショアも活用しつつ実装していきます。

• 改善テーマの企画

• リリース対応

• 障害対応(根本原因究明と対応方針策定) など
