  • Localize regional/global influencer concepts while ensuring cultural nuance and market relevance.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations based on local market trends and campaign performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively within budget and timeline.
  • Stay highly attuned to trends in digital culture, entertainment content, creator communities, and platform behavior.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working in the entertainment industry (streaming, film, TV, music, pop culture brands) strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of influencer landscape across Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
  • Proven experience evaluating talent, negotiating deliverables, managing agencies, and optimizing creator output.

Core Skills:

  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate insights into campaign strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and give actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
  • Strong organization skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proactive, resourceful, collaborative, solutions-oriented.

  • Numerically inclined, process-driven, and comfortable with structured workflows.
  • Strong personal interest in Korean dramas, US series, Japanese anime, trending digital content, and being an active movie-goer is an advantage.
