SALES AND LICENSING
What We Do
We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.
What You'll Do
Epic Games is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to engage with game developers in China to further their use of Unreal Game Solutions. They will negotiate deals, sometimes highly complex over long cycles, as well as a high volume of more straightforward deals. They will also find new customers for UE Dev Solutions and nurture existing relationships to maximize our mutual benefit. This individual will be a key voice of Epic Games in the game developer industry in China.
In this role, you will

Find new opportunities for the adoption of Unreal Games Solutions

Negotiate deals with developers, publishers, and platforms for their use of Unreal Dev Solutions
-
Own relationships with important partners, continually maximizing their use of, and benefit from our tools

Expertly represent the voices of game developers back to internal stakeholders, constantly improving Epic’s ability to offer game devs best-in-class solutions
What we're looking for
-
At least 10 years of progressive experience in the games industry, with a proven track record of working across AAA, AA, indie, and/or mobile game developers

Experience in a sales or business development capacity working with the game developer community in the Greater China region
-
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self starter capable of working at a high level in a team or on their own

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of positions and functions within and outside the organization

Intimate knowledge of the games community in the Greater China region
-
Strong connections in the games community
-
Experience negotiating with international organizations

Fluency in Mandarin and English
