Job Description:

We are looking for an intern for our Marketing Media department in our Madrid (Spain) office. The marketing intern will support the team in our Marketing and Social Media campaigns for TV channels.

Direct support to the Brand Leads for National Geographic, STAR Channel and Kids Channels in the following tasks:

What will you do

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Coordination, supervision and follow‑up of marketing campaigns, events and experiential activations.

• Internal approval processes with the different stakeholders.

• Direct contact and ongoing coordination with TV operators for editorial support, marketing campaigns or special actions.

• Management of recurring tasks such as monthly content newsletters for operators, internal newsletters, or website updates.

Social Media (IG, FB, YouTube)

• Support in proposing, scheduling, downloading assets and reviewing content for National Geographic and STAR Channel across their social media profiles.

• YouTube:

• Uploading and scheduling livestreams, and reviewing content.

• Supporting the YouTube Project Lead in content coordination.

• Completing the monthly content tracker.

Others

• Downloading materials (key art, episodics, icons, videos, etc.) for each premiere or highlighted content from each channel.

• Uploading podcast/videopodcast episodes to Spotify, as well as uploading audio promos to the podcast.

What you need to know

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, or Journalism (or currently studying).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

• English is a must.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of design/creativity and presentations (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
