What’s the role?
Do you want to join a high-producing and impactful sales and service team at Hub Spot? The mission of the Associate Inbound Success Coach (customer service) team is to provide customers and prospects with the most immediate and high quality first interaction with Hub Spot in order to drive great customers. This is an entry level role perfect for someone passionate about building a career in sales.
What will you do?

Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries

Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for Hub Spot’s sales process via phone, live chat, and email

Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices
-
Set up high quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments

Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users

Collaborate cross-functionally within Hub Spot to improve experience for Hub Spotters and Hub Spot customers/users alike
